H4895 and Nosler 69 CC 223 Loading?

I have about a 1000 69 Nosler CC's and H4895. For those that worked up loads... what charge gave you the best result accuracy wise? what charge weight did you choose? What did you think/find was your max charge? Type of chamber you have? Primers, cases, OAL you used etc?

I have not shot these, but according to Nosler's load data 22gr of H4895 looks to be very accurate. Have you tested any yet?

No I have not used those #'s. Hodgdon's sight has 24 start to 26C max with H4895 and 69 SMK.

I loaded a couple of rounds at 25.5 with the 69 Noslers. The primers looked OK and the group was at about .5" for 4 shots. The 5th shot pushed it out to ~1.1".

I didn't have a working chrono that day.

I'm really suprised at the discrepancy in charge weight from that Nosler page to what Hodgdon has for 69's. Hodgdon's starting is Nosler's max.

No I have not used those #'s. Hodgdon's sight has 24 start to 26C max with H4895 and 69 SMK.

On Hodgdon's site it lists Sierra Bullets. Same weight, but it is a different bullet. I have found Nosler's data pretty good.

Do you have a bolt or a gas gun?

My response/experience is based on a WOA A2 upper. I used to use 24 gr of H4895 for the 69 SMK or Berger 70 VLD, and that was mag length ammo. The same charge weight is used for 80 SMK with a 0.020" jump. I use LC or WCC cases and my primers are Rem 7.5, CCI 450, CCI BR4, and Wolf/Tula SRM.

Then I switched to 75 or 77 grain bullet for mag length ammo because why not!
