Does anyone know of a vender in the modesto to sacramento area willing to mix and match a powder order in 1 ib. canisters.

You can always order powder online. There is a $20 hazmat fee though. I am not entirely sure what you are asking. Do you want 1 lb of powder or do you want multiple 1 lbs of powder? Wild Sports carries powder as well as Sportsman's Warehouse. Both of those places are pretty bare right now though. I ended up just ordering online. I ordered a lot more then 1 lb though.

and that is one $20 fee for primers and powder up to 48lbs
