6.5 x 55 Barnes TSX Load Data

Does anyone have any load data for a 120 or 130 grain TSX in a 6.5 x 55 (I have a Tika T3)?

OK--I have lots of data using my Tikka and different bullets.

My advise: I suggest you forget the 120gr(and 130) in the 6.5X55. Also use the TTSX and not the TSX.
My best load was 100grTTSX-Imr4350-47.5grs--3011FPS--SD5
Remember the 100gr TTSX will preform like a 130gr lead core bullet.

My 120grTSX tests gave me too slow of FPS and the TSX does not open as quickly and reliability as a TTSX:
IMR4350--47.5grs-2878FPS--SD7-Good group
Mag Pro-51grs-2671FPS--SD26--ok group
IMR4350-43.9grs-2617FPS--SD32--far too slow
IMR4064-41.3grs-2759FPS-SD12-good group+
IMR4831--44.5grs-2598FPS-SD17-Far too slow
RL22--46grs-2522FPS--SD33 Far too slow-vert stringing

Other 100gr TTSX loads:
RL19--51grs-3023fps-SD19-ex group
IMR4831-50grs--3010FPS-good group

I also have loads: 120 Nosler BT, 100/125/140 Nosler Partition, 130 Swift Scirocco, 120/140 Swift A-Frame. I still need to test the 130gr Nosler AB loads

I believe you will be happy with it. I used it in my 264win mag for a sheep and it was great. It also works great in the 6.5X55 and would be my choice for the 260rem.

I use the 100 TTSX in my 6.5 Grendels and they shoot and perform great for deer.

I did a short load development session with the 127 LRX for my 6.5x55 with H4831. They shot .5 MOA at 100 yards. I think they were going ~ 2900 fps.
