I stand when using the XL650.

I like a good solid priming stroke

I sit because I'm handicapped. I use a big old steel desk, huge work surface, bought from my late F.I.L. for $10. Still using my trusty RC press, new in 1978. The desk is big enough to work on rifles, and I can clamp a vise mounted on plywood to it.

Both. I set my press up at a height that allows me to do both so I don't get tired in one position.

It kind of depends on what operation. I do both at the single stage, but at the progressive I'm usually sitting. Just seems to work out that way.

I stand on a rubber mat. I've got my presses mounted ultra mounts and they sit high on the bench. I think someday I'll find a bar stool but between powder checks and filling the primer mag on the 550 or lock n load I'm not standing in one spot too long

I'll bet the younger people don't care. After 50-60, it starts to matter. It may not matter if you don't have the varicose vein thing.
