9mm Primer Missing?

Almost loaded this in my MPX.
I am not a reloader, but it doesn't look quite like its just the primer missing.
Is it reversed?

Sideways? LOL. It is upside down. What you are seeing is the anvil of a Boxer primer and the inside rim of the primer cup.
