LAX ammo brass

I'm not familiar with LAX brand ammo..I always thought all their ammo was reloaded but I now see some that is headstamped LAX and is indicated to be new manufacture, not factory reloads...has anyone used any of their brass after firing to reload? The prices look pretty cheap and if the brass is decent I might give it a try..thanks
