    Better Debur Tool?

I have two of the standard deburr tools. Both suck. They now leave a rolled edge. I can't figure out how to sharpen them either.

One is used by hand (it's the deburr and chamfer combo). The other is threaded so I chucked in the drill press for batch work.

Looking for something better until I go press operated power trimming.

I have the hand tool lyman gold colored anodized....comes with 6 heads.......they are threaded, but you could drill chuck them easy.

I have done a few thousand rounds and it is still like new.

+1 for the lyman. Excelent tool and I have chucked it up in a drill without any issues. Just moderate the throttle on the drill

I have found this tool useful.

Generally, I don't like Hornady stuff, but I like this case prep tool.

Try an LE Wilson drill adapter with a new "rocket"-style double-ended chamfering tool, when chucked into a drill or drill press they cut clean and it's fast.

For inside neck chamfering, this tool from K&M is great. It has a shallower angle which matches the boattail of the bullet, is aligned by a pilot rod thru the primer hole and you can adjust the "stops" to set depth if you don't want to go by feel. http://kmshooting.com/large-6mm-338-reamer.html

Outside chamfering just needs to remove any burrs from trimming but the inside chamfering requires a little more care.

Of course you could buy a Giraud and be done with it!
