    **** Brown.

This is why we should be able to sue legislators on a personal level for creating unconstitutional laws.

The state already monitors license plates around the Fourth of July, scrutinizing them and conducting stops to interdict illegal fireworks transport. You don't think they already are working on a plan just like that to roust us for going out of state to buy ammo or components?

How about lets not talk about it! Don't provide ideas on how to make it worse for us all. Wait and see.

This is a cross post from this thread.

This is CalGuns, not CalSTFU. So where do law abiding pro 2A citizens go to discuss 2A? If not CalGuns?

Two or three, or even two or three dozens of citizens whispering in a basement, so no one else can hear. Doesn't quite cut it in the world of modern communications as to getting the word out, or discussing issues of concern to us.

          Please, tell us where.
Is posting discussions relevant to all of us now subject to "Idea Police Censorship" on CG?

The turds already have their own ideas. You can bet you sweet *** that after the latest major victory. Evil Reloaded Ghost Bullets are already on their list. Just farther down than other higher priority goals.

Save your boxes and receipts until the law goes into effect. Store and transport ammo in the old boxes.

If the local cops want to spend their resources at the California border going through thousands of boxes of ammo to "make a case" against a law abiding citizens, good luck.

I certainly hope that all of you that are pissin' and moaning are members of the California Rifle and Pistol Association and the NRA.

Forget about bulk. If you buy 100 rounds or 22 to practice, you will be visited by the local police to answer some questions.

I had a friend who just died from cancer. He was given prescription for pain. He was in serious pain from the pancreatic cancer. The DA sent investigators to his home to hassle him, and then hassled his doctor for the prescription of narcotic pain medication.
You have the right to remain silent. In a similar situation I would exercise that right by saying something like, "Officer I would be happy to answer your questions after I have a chance to talk to my attorney and arrange to have him present. May I have your business card so that I can contact you later?"

Only a very silly officer would keep asking questions. As a former prosecutor, I can say that I long ago lost count of the number of cases that were made for me by people trying to explain.
