burnt/melted reloaded shotshell

Looked all over the internet and I couldn't find any information on why this is happening. AA 12 gauge shells, reloaded the 3rd time.
700x 16.7 grain
Looks exactly as the same as in the picture. The edges are burnt black and wrinkled like it melted.

Overcharge? Undercharge? end of shell life? wrong powder?

Looks like blow back, loose chamber? Not enough powder?

won't know about loose chamber. cycled through 5 shotguns that day. But on the 2nd reloads it never did this. Definitely had a few bloopers. But there are more burnt shells than bloopers happened.

700X does this to my AA shells sometimes out of my SuperNova, but not generally out of my others shotguns. Not sure why... but I have a theory.

I do know that a 16-17 grain load out of a Winnchester Universal hull (NOT a Supr Dove hull) works great, and you can generally find tons of them for free at most trap/skeet ranges.
