Magnetic 9mm brass

Like the title says ,last batch i cleaned i had a bunch on cases stick to my magnet. This is random brass i get from the range.
Steel that's been brass plated? Could it be that much of a savings?

I think Golden Bear ammo from Barnaul is that way--brass-plated steel cases.

Yep steel cases with a brass wash on them. As for savings that all depends on the factories availability of raw materials. If they can not get a good supply of brass then yes is it cheaper to go steel.
