shorted from my last xtreme bullets order

    Hey all,

has anyone had any issues with low round counts on their xtreme bullets orders? I just started loading my 147's I got from them last month and found that each box was around 410 rounds in what is supposed to be 500. A few I understand but 80+ bullets is not right. I e-mailed sales and will post what I hear back.

No, although I don't necessarily check them carefully. I did have them short me an entire box of .223 once and one phone call cleared it up... after I emailed about three times with no response.

yep no response on e-mail will give them a call tomorrow. Anyone know what a normal box of 147 RN should weight?

          147 grains X 500 bullets =73,500. 73,500 grains /7,000 per pound =10.5 LBS.

Weigh 25 ACTUAL bullets and then multiply that times 20 and add the 0.35 lb weight of the empty box.

My scale can only do 10 bullets but hell at least they're not sending me 124's or something. Don't get me wrong I love these damn bullets, I want to order a ton more on sale now but if I'm getting shorted...

Last time I really paid close attention to the count(last month) I had 508 and 510 per box with 180 gr rnfp .40.

Maybe someone forgot to change the weight counters. It sounds like it was set to 124g

Mistakes happen.......if they handle it in a professional timely manner I would not worry much over it. I would imagine they are high volume to say the least.....lol

Every box that I have bought has been more than 500, but I buy 124 gr. Like someone previously said, they probably weighed it for 124.

So spoke with the folks in Nevada, they are sending me a few sample bags of 147 to make up for the light boxes. I ordered 4000 more cuz I like the bullets. I'll be sure to weight them on arrival this time though. I feel this was just a one off.
