I finally got my Zepprecision 300blk jig and its now mounted on my Harbor Freight mini saw. It works great but need some assistance. What's the usual cut length? I read around 1.360-1.370. I plan on cutting 223/556 LC13 brass.
Another question, I will be using Lyman 300aac dies/2 die set. I noticed people removing the decapping pin and reforming the brass. Since I've already cut the brass down, would it be safe to keep the decapping pin installed?
My current setup consists of a Dillon 550b (miss my Lee turret). Thinking of spending extra for a RT1200 to trim the brass. I know there are lower cost alternatives (i.e. Lee hand trimmer, WFT, etc.) but I've been using the Lee Hand Trimmer for all my 223/556 and it's taking WAY too long.
As usual, thanks everyone in advance for the input.
