I have a Hornady LnL and a Single stage AND I despise, hate, loathe trimming brass and swaging. Currently I have to trim for blackout, 308 and 5.56 and handle each piece of brass. I'd LOVE to use the case feeder on my
LnL and the Dillon 1500 trimmer. It works for 556 and 308 but not blackout cuz the case is short and the chip hole in the does available is blocked by the press body.
Sooo.....I found an Old Hornady Projector that doesn't use the quick change bushing. I was thinking having the entire body of the press honed down 1/4" so blackout trimming die would work.
Thoughts?
The Projecor can be upgraded to use a case feeder right?
Of course going to a 650 Dillon would solve my issues BUT the $$ in caliber conversions would a lot.
