Anyone know where to get good surplus .303 British?

Ammoman, J&G, and Midway seem to be out of surplus and only have commercial posted (yikes, around $15 for 20 rounds). Anyone care to share where they get their surplus Enfield ammo? Thanks.

Several days later the bolt was rusted shut but I guess the fouling wasnt TOO bad.

Surplus 303 British dried up a long time ago. Your best bet is to reload.

I was going to recommend Samco, as well. Also, Prvi Partizan is about $11-12 per 20. Cheaper than most commercial ammo, and good quality. The brass is reloadable, too.

On that note, I'm glad I bought my .303 surplus before the Obama election. It's not British though, but Pakistani.

If so, don't be a stranger to the reloading sub-forum. Me, AR15 Barrels, and a bunch of other great people hang out here willing to help out a new reloader with any questions.

Leaving it in the sun to warm up before use apparently decreases the number of "click.............. bang" instances..

Heads up, I stopped by my local gun store, City Arms in Pacifica, and they got POF .303 created in 64'. I got one box (32 cartridges) for $11.95. I'll tell you if it hangfires or not when I take the Enfield out to the range
