    reloading dies

    Tried the search found nothing.To reload 5.56 do the 223 dies work,or is it a 5.56 specific die.

    Use 223 Rem dies. The difference between the two cartridges is mostly in the neck diameter and leade length.

      So my 223 rem RCBS will work?
      "I will not buy ammo from the private ammo sellers,it only encourages them to keep buying ,and reselling the ammo they bought from WAL-MART at 2-3 times what they bought it for"!

        but i reccomend trying the lee rgb set
        i love them so much their decap system is very resistant to breaking and gives you positive feedback if you hit a berdan primed or heavily crimped(corrosion welded primer)

        and at $12.95 its worth it just to have in case you get a case hopelessly stuck in a sb die

          Yep. Make sure you adjust them so that you're not oversizing the case.

            There's no such thing as 5.56 dies as 5.56 ammo all follows 223 ammo dimensions.
            Only the chambers are different.
