Are these "Gold Dot" bullets?

Just recived an order of ammo from surplus ammo. They had a 24hr deal, 500 Blazer Brass and 500 new 9mm 147 Grain GDHP - SAA Personal Protection(there house brand). $219+$20 shipping=under $240 to the door. However it doesnt look like any "gold dot" i see on the web. Its head stamp is "Speer-14" but it has a glob of gel in the hallow tip. Anyone seen this or know the bullet? other than that they look great, nickel plated and clean.

Yeah might have issues on expansion if the gun isn't a full size 4+ in barrel.
