    30 Cal 178 A-Max Quick Question

Anyone load these up for a factory Remington chamber? I'm go to load up some ladder loads and was wondering if these bullets like jump or should I seat them as far out as I can.

    Thanks.

Jump .020 and call it good.
    Keep it simple!

I load mine .020 off the rifling and they shoot fantastically out of my 30-06 r700.

In a Remington chamber, sometimes you cannot load to the lands unless you single feed. They tend to be quite large. It's like anything else, start as long as you can and work in so you only need to go in one direction.

Yeah I'm not opposed to single feeding, as that's what I do most the time any ways.

So here's my ladder loads. I got the ogive about 0.020 off the lands. Being seated out so far it leaves me 0.337 of bullet in the case.
