first time reloading

Hello I never reload before but I have everything and this weekend going to reload .222 Remington. I have winchester 748 ball powder cci small rifle primers and hornday. 224 55 gr fmj. I'm looking at my book and I don't see any data for 55 gr fmj. How much grain should I start at. It's going to be target shooting nothing special
