Not sure if tracer rounds are good to go in CA. Notwithstanding that fact though this seems too good to be true.

No go on tracers in California.

Here is a C&P from their description of these bullets. They have a diameter of .311

"These are pulled 7.62x54r tracer projectiles with no pull marks on bullets. We loaded a few to test and when they hit a hard target the tracing compound burns like a flare or an incendiary. The rounds we tested did not trace but had the incendiary effect. There may be a powder and load that will make these trace but we have no info on that. We are selling these tracers as is. They will work as good as fmj projectiles but be careful because they may start a fire from the incendiary effect from hitting rocks and anything hard enough to set off the tracer compound. These projectiles ARE MAGNETIC."

Although I'm not 100% certain, I believe these to be Incendiary, not tracer rounds. I bought a couple thousand pulled 7.62x54r bullets a few years back and somehow a couple of them were incendiary. It was a real close resemblance to the 149gr SC Bullet.

I did not realize any variables until the shooting impact with a blaze of sparks about the equal to the light display of 30 sparklers all at once.

I would slug the rifle before buying any bullets for the Mosin Nagant, they are so inconsistent. My Mosin shoots the Hornaday 3140 (.310) with 2" groups @100yds with 48grs of IMR 4064 COL 2.780

I wouldn't shoot these tracer bullets. They're not worth the liabilities.

I have sized down 2K of pulled mosin bullets for my 300 Blackout. More work but was economical. These in a free state would be a consideration, but for fun I added to cart and it was 179.00 PLUS 60.00 shipping. Still not a horrible price if your willing to resize them, but not worth it here in Cali.

Legal to possess projectiles as long as they aren't constructed into a round?
