    Minimum over hang for reloaders

Whats the minimum ledge or over hang you need to clear most reloaders mechanism when the bar is is fully down? I have a couple RCBS rock chuckers but plan on getting Dillon 650 and a Redding T7 turret press.

Many machines have different requirements. I have an old RCBS Rock Chucker and now a Dillon 550B. Each one is different and mounted differently. See if the 650 has mounting instructions on the Dillon webpage.

I don't know the measurement, but a friend mounted a Dillon 650 on a bench where he'd previously had a Classic Turret mounted and a RC.

Mounted the 650 on the same bench caused interference with the linkage at the full downstroke of the handle. He had to gouge out a hink of his bench to clear the linkage.

A good option is to install your presses on an Ultramount from Inline Fabrications

I use a Dillon 650 on a strong mount. I like it set back a little so that I don't bump into it by accident. This required I cut out a slot on my table to clear the linkage on the down stroke. It has no effect on any procedures that the machine requires to function. I also have a Rock Chucker that I mounted at a slight right angle so that I can use other reloading items a little closer to me. Setting these machines a little back, gives them a stronger mounting surface compared to being set on the table edge.
