I think Doug Fetterly who advertises here has 5 pounders and ships.
If not use RE25 and go up on your charges 2 grains to start.
RE25 is right around 2-3 grains slower than RE22

Norma MRP same as Reloder 22 and it's available. Just do a minor workup to insure MRP is giving the same results as Reloder 22.

OP, what are you using Reloder 22 for?
I have used Reloder 22 for 6.5x55 Swede. I have run out and need more. A LGS recently had some for $35/lb.
I have read other forums where people suggest using the newer Reloder 23 as it is less temperature sensitive. The burn rate of 23 is close to 22 but you should work up a load. This article states they are not the same.
You've probably heard of Allliant Reloder 22 powder, but how about Reloder 23? Or Reloder 26? These two new European-produced Reloder propellants were introduced in 2014. Most folks haven't seen these Reloder powders because it took quite a while for the first shipments of RL 23 and RL 26 to arrive in the USA.

For 6.5x55 Swede (military), Alliant's reloader guide shows 40 grains for both 22 and 23 with a 140gr bullet.

I have been unable for a few months now to get my hands on any. Alliant can really drive me crazy at times. H and I4831 are about the same burn rates and are it seems can be much easier to find. I have used 4350 in a 300wsm with great results.
