I've got an old Mec Jr. I think it is.

Simple, reliable, easy to use, fast enough for my needs, and they're pretty inexpensive.

If you're reloading for one specific purpose, stick with the normal bar and bushing arrangement, but if you plan on doing a lot of different loads for different purposes, spend the money to get an adjustable charge bar. They are pretty cool. Also, buy the powder baffle for more reliable powder throws.

Other than that all you need are hulls, primers, shot, powder and wads

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

            Mec 9000 hydraulic.
Set a case and wad and step on the pedal.
            No more pulling the handle.

I got the hydraulic Mec when they first came out and it's a good loader. I'd also check out the Mec with the Automate set up. If money is no object, you might want to check out the Spolar hydraulic set up.
