My order on Thursday will be delivered today and I'm in Fremont. I usually get it a tad faster but with the order volume due to Thanksgiving, I still consider it pretty fast. X-treme is GTG.

Nice! They did take a few days to process my order. Guess they were swamped over the weekend. O well, gonna give the plated a try. Expected delivery is tomorrow. Hmmmm. overnight shipping? I click on the ups link and it shows label was printed only, and waiting for drop off. How can they ship it in a day?

Sad thing? Palmetto arms delivery by tomorrow or friday. Yeesh pretty bad when palmetto can equal delivery times. Lol.

Be sure to pop the boxes open and check everything even if you're not going to load right away. I've been hearing about a lot of shipping errors - maybe they brought on temporary help for the holidays or something.

Ya i tend to overthink things. At least i dont live in San Bernadino. So sad.

Needless to say, no im in no rush for the order, just surprised that:
1) palmetto arms is going to beat Xtremes shipping.
2) not a very good first time experience. I will probably be buying more from Rocky mountain

I'd put in a small order in a month or two and get a more normal ship time from them before you decide.

re: going to the mall - I was at a very crowded very soft target last night (ten thousand people, no visible security), and as I was driving there I definitely had a little moment where I was thinking about if it was really a good idea or not. So I get it, but at some point even with the London Blitz everybody just had to suck it up and live their lives.
