    Different Primer

Should you keep the same load for different primers? I used CCI, W231 4.3 load for 9mm, 115gr plated. Now, I have Winchester primer. Same load is ok?

If you are not loading to max then it should be ok. BUT you should make up a few test rounds and make sure that you have good function before you load up a ton of it. There will be variances in different primers.

For pistol you're really unlikely to notice any differences. That being said, as jericho says there are some reasons just to sanity check everything, and additionally people doing serious precision rifle work can get very fussy about primers, and people who have guns with weak springs that don't hit the primer very hard might see reliability differences between different primers.

But again, for pistol, Winchester versus CCI primers are really no big deal.
