also its 5.56 is there anything difference with 223 for reloading purposes? different dies or anything?

Yes, it is reloadable. It will have crimped primers though, so you will need a swage to remove the crimp before you can put another primer in the pocket.

It'll also have a Lake City / NATO headstamp.
It's great stuff for reloading.
