After seeing a thread on how cheap walmart was on Blazer ammo I decided to get some, specifically 9mm and .45. At the store I find they have Blazer and Winchester bulk for virtually the same price. The blazer ammo is actually brass and not the aluminum I thought they were using to cut cost. Can anyone offer feedback that would make one a clear choice over the other such as reloadability of the brass, more consistent performance or ?? Even reliable availability is a factor that would persuade me to go with one over the other.

There was a thread on this not too long ago.

Illusory goals, particularly with a .45. The differences are negligible / of no significance in the short range accuracy of that class of arms, or to anyone that actually cleans their weapons properly between range sessions.
The only reasons to shoot the aluminum case crap is if you have zero interest in reloading, recouping any of your money, or in picking up after yourself.
