At the San Jose gun show today I bought 300 unprimed brass cases in .223 Remington. The headstamp on the cases seems to be CJ8 with each character equidistant from the other. There is no indication of caliber on the cartridges. Anybody know who made them? Are they any good? I assume they are brass because they look like brass.

I dont know about a CJ8, but I found a CIS Unknown Factory, Singapore 15 and a CJ China North Industries Corp., (NORINCO), 7A Yue Tan Nan Jie, Beijing, Peoples Republic of China. Maybe that helps some, or probably not.Know Guns, Know Peace, Know Safety
