    Scale for weighing brass recomendation

I wanted to ask what scale are you guys using to weight your brass in bulk?

I purchased a cheap postal scale off ebay, cost $8 work for about 5 uses lol.

Looking to get something more dependable but not looking to break the bank hopefully under maybe $35 or so. Any suggestions.

Are you selling brass or you want to check-weigh the brass that you bought?

This is what I use to do to check the brass I bought.

Dump the brass into supermarket plastic bags, double or triple bag as needed, and use a luggage scale.

Not actually buying or selling just wondering what i have. The luggage scale idea is pretty good.

This is going to sound odd. I use a fish scale. Place my brass in a gallon freezer bag and poke a hole to put the hook through. I weigh for brass exchange with xtreme sometimes or estimating how much I have for the scrap yard. Works pretty good!

I use a parts counting scale and can get an actual count or just a weight depending on what I need.

The Tree/LW LCT counting scales are really handy and a good value.

Each model has a unit weight resolution and max weight capacity.

The smallest resolution/capacity model can count grains of rice, asprins, paper clips, etc.

The largest one has a max weight capacity of 110 lbs yet is still accurate enough to count dimes and pennies.

Professional, high quality industrial scales & weighing systems. All products include include free shipping & technical support for life.

I don't trust those scales for counting money. Coinage has different weights depending on what year it was made.
