Bullet loose from case - just use a bullet puller?

Just a quick question, I assume I already know the answer. But I just got a box of 20 Remington UMC 7.62x39 cartriges. I noticed that on one round, the bullet is not as tight as the others. It is not like you can pull the bullet out of the case or anything, but it is not as tight as it could be. I am assuming I should not use this round, right? Maybe just use a buullet puller and save the brass for reloading?

As long as the bullett wont fall out, its good to go. I had the same problem with Winchester 7.62x39 ammo from Big5, but the bullets were falling out of the cases, the manager gave me a refund when he checked the other boxes he had on the shelf and they were all the same. He said it was the first refund he had ever given on ammo.

Oh, and if you reload, you can use a crimp die to crimp the neck a bit too.

That is what I was hoping I would hear, but I did not know. I am still a newb when it comes to ammo and reloading, so I wanted to make sure that it will not cause a malfunction when I get around to loading and shooting it.

If it was me, I would load it single shot rather than chance the bullet being shoved too deep by contact with the feed ramp, or inertia as the bolt feeds it forward - my ha-penny

Like I said, if you have a crimp die, crimp it a bit, if not, dont worry about it, load and shoot.

Just make sure that when you chamber it, the round doesn't set back in the case a ways. That can be dangerous...
