I just got some Reloader 33. I have used H1000, Retumbo, and RL-25 for large magnums. Now, Reloader seems like a very good choice for some large magnums. I read that it was made for 338 Lapuas. I was thinking of trying to use it for my 338 Improved, but it looks like it will be too slow since I am a light bullet shooter.
After looking at the charges in 338 Lapua vs. Retumbo, I am thinking that it may be an excellent powder for CheyTac cartridges as Retumbo is bit fast and 50 powders are too slow.
I am curious to hear about others' experiences using RL-33 and what has worked well with the powder. I'd like to hear the good and the bad.
Thanks.
