I've been using Bullseye for years, time for a change. I would like someting cleaner burning BUT must be the same type of powder as Bullseye, i.e.small flake powder. Bullseye meters very well through my press, so replacement needs to have same consistencey.

.45 ACP Powder recommendations
Guys thanks for the speedy replies. Gun Show coming up in Costa Mesa next week end will pick up some 231 and clays and give it a try before I buy an 8 pounder. Actually I have used 231 in .38 Special, 148 gr WC loads and worked great in Square Deal and Colt .38 Auto.Comment

costa mesa show
Do you think they will be selling powder at the show? I was in vegas for the show there and only one booth had powder?
Anyone know which ammo suppliers will be there selling in bulk?? (lots of 1000 rounds)I love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have.Comment
