    Question about Steel Case Ammo

    I have heard that the steel case ammo like wolf and Herters are not good for your semi-auto guns. Is that true; and why?

    Also, if it is not good for my firearms; what are they worth; if anything; and would anyone even want it?

    I have some Wolf 9mm, and Wolf and Herters .223. If it is not good for semi-auto guns; I need to unload it. I have tried looking for what it sells for new; but can't find any.

    So any help with these questions would be much appreciated.

        Try reading this;

          It's not the fall that kills you, it's the sudden stop at the bottom.

            I know some guns don't like the steel cased ammo, but others will perform without any issues. Have you tried it in your guns yet, it may work just fine. I haven't tried the steel cased .223, but the Wolf 7.62x39 is gtg.

              Thanks guys for all your help. I will try some to see how it works. Don't get me started on Ford vs. Chevy though. I have had both; and liked both. But then they were mostly old muscle cars back in the day. Although I still have one. Just wish I would have kept a lot more of them. Who knew the cars you could get for one or two hundred bucks then; would be worth a small fortune now. Man I should have not only kept the ones I had; but back in the day; you could not give away a Mopar. Now they are some of the most desirable and expensive muscle cars out there. I need a time machine; and about $20,000. With that, you could of bought just about ever top muscle car that was only 2 or 3 years old for under a thousand each. Boy I miss the old days.
