It is Russian 7.62x54r Match ammo. Bullet weight is 182 grains. Grafs has it on sale for $11.59. The 116 in the upper right hand corner of the box I believe is the standard deviation for the lot the ammo came from. I am unable to translate. You might try the gun boards at MosinNagant.net a lot of people over there know Russian.
