Try Brian Enos, a Dillon distributor in AZ. http://www.brianenos.com/store/dillon.html I got all my Dillon stuff from him. I'm not sure if his prices are any better or worse than going direct to Dillon, but he's a good guy and you won't be disappointed dealing with him.
You may want to start out with some inexpensive gear like Lee before you decide if you really want to reload. I went right for the Dillon (top of the heap IMHO) because I knew I wanted to reload and was in it for the long haul. If you're not so certain about that, you might just want to dip your toe in the pool and start with one of the inexpensive Lee combos from MidwayUSA or Cabela's before you get too heavily invested in it.

Natchez,Lock stock and barrel, Midsouth. Cabellas etc. Their prices are all pretty good. To make your shipping worth while order enough stuff at once. I bought a Lee classic cast turret from Kemphs Gun Shop. Great price and a real inexpensive great press to load with.Comment

+1 for Brian. Over the last few years his customer service has saved me a lot of money. He also configures systems to your needs and will make packages that only have what you need and nothing more that you will never use.
On top of that, he's a good member of the shooting sport community and an all around nice guy.

Go for the Dillon 550b. If you plan on reloading pistol rounds ONLY, then try the square deal press. But if you ever want to upgrade to rifle rounds the 550b is the way to go.
