Reloading 44 special advice

Sure. 4.8 grains of either Bullseye or Titegroup works well in .44 Spl. I use these for light loads. They chrono right around 750 fps with my 200gr cast boolits. You'll need something that light with that scandium frame featherweight.
Power Pistol, here's what Hornady's 8th Edition says for 200gr jacketed HP's, out of a 3" bbl Charter Arms Bulldog.
Starting load: 5.9gr (650 fps)
Max load 8.5gr (900 fps)
6.4gr gets you 700 fps, 6.9gr gets you 750 fps. I'd first try 6.4gr and see how that feels."San Francisco Liberal With A Gun"
