Which powder works best with 30-06

From a bolt, with a longer barrel, 4350 will get the most velocity. It's slower burning.

However, velocity is only one part of the equation. 4895 is of course the powder for garands. I also use it in my bolt rifles and its a wonderfully accurate powder.

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.

Load some rounds and shoot them! It's really the only way. Load LOTS of rounds and try them all out. Ladder tests and confirmation rounds with every powder, they should all work just fine.

I just did a run using W760 and IMR4064. Hope to head to the range soon to see some results.

They are all excellent powders for .30-06

My pet garand load (and bolt action 1917 eddystone enfield load) is 47.0gr of imr 4064 with a 168gr match bullet loaded at 3.30 oal, with a lee factory crimp.

I use IMR 4064 for my M1 and 1903A3 with a 150 gr FMJ. Its a great powder that's very versatile and one you won't go wrong with.

I have always liked IMR 4350 in my 700.

Never used H4895, but I have used IMR 4895, IMR 4064, and IMR 4350 in 30-06 with very good results with 165/168 grain bullets. I used the first two powders for my M1 Garand and IMR 4350 for my Sako hunting rifle. IMR 4350 gave me the most power as well as tight groups.
