Fiocchi is the way to go, and I think that may be the best price right now.
CTD went up by about $2 per box last week.

Winchester 7.62X39 FMJ can be had at Wal-Mart. It's reloadable and accurate in my SKS.

Fiocchi is half the price of Winchester. Can still be reloaded, and just as accurate out of an SKS.

Which is why I buy it!
I recently purchased a nice supply of x39 Winchester and PMC brass, so I may make one last buy of Fiocchi for plinking ammo and then just rely on reloads.
