    Pretty ammo.

Reloading is definitely my new addiction with firearms...I can't stop making ammo even when I tell myself that I have to! Plus, the results are so pretty.

Anyone have some pictures of their finished product? My pictures aren't very good...but I'll share 'em anyway. They don't do them justice.

    .223 and .45 ACP.

Well that is weird! But it's good to pay attention to detail.

I suppose we could focus on your reflection or the fact that there are two 223 bullets with dirty tips...

but all I personally see is....

Do you have any pictures? I'm a weirdo and almost see loaded ammo as "art". I just really like it.

              Looking good!

Funny, I was at the range yesterday and was testing some 308 loads, the RO walks up, picks one up during the cease fire, and says how pretty they were haha

Oh yeah, there is definitely something magical about the .308.

I'm going to be loading and testing some 208 grain A-Max in .308 soon

Congrats on the new hobby. The satisfaction comes from it being something you made, saving money while doing it, and being more consistent than factory rounds. I would always, rather be reloading.

Out of curiosity, what bullet did you load those .223 with?

Oooh very nice! Please post a range report with those bad boys loaded up.

Thank you! I have been reloading for a couple months now, and I just like it more and more as time goes on. There is definitely something gratifying with getting it done yourself.

The .223 cartridges pictured are loaded with 68 grain Hornady Match bullets with 22 grains of AR-Comp behind them. I also have some loaded with 69 grain Sierra Match Kings and 55 grain Sierra FMJ-BT boolits.

The .308 is loaded with 175 grain Rocky Mountain Reloading bullets, but they claim they have the same BC as the Sierra Match Kings and they got great reviews, so I figured I'd give them a shot, so to speak. haha

22 grain of AR COMP was a great, accurate, and relatively mild load behind a 69 grain Nosler Custom Competition BTHP, using Remington 7.5 primers, and an OAL of 2.268. That OAL feeds well in all my magazines including Magpul P-Mags.

I'll have to give that load a look! Sounds interesting.

These are loaded to 2.260" (+- .005") and they have CCI #450's behind them.

                          Pretty ammo.

Beauty is the eye of the beholder.

I be holding a lot of ammo!! I love reloading.

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.

Ah, trim, chamfer, and deburr your brass. Also, if you use the same headstamp and your press is locked down solid, and your extreme spread in OAL should be closer to +/- 0.002".

That load gives me 0.5 MOA out of my WWVEX and 1.2 MOA out of S&W MP15. Both have a 1:8 twist rate. Nosler makes as good a bullet as Sierra for a lower price, in my opinion.

For cheap plinking 55 grain bulets, I like H335 more than W748.

Rm1911, nice flat points dude! I prefer them over round nose, too. They hit with a harder thump.
