OCW Method Results, which is the winner load?

Hey guys, I posted about a week ago asking for tips and such on doing the OCW method or any other load development techniques for my 30-06 hunting rifle and I got a lot of help. So thanks again if you helped! Here are my results and would love to hear your guy's opinion on which loads I should look at further. I split them up into 2 rounds for my lower grain loads 48-50.5 then 51-53.5. On the second round I think I got a little fatigued and the wind picked up and the range master was making the range go cold every 30 minutes so I felt rushed.

IMR 4064 48.0-53.5
Winchester Brass
Winchester LR Primers
Remington 700 BDL

For the lower grain loads, I'd further investigate the 48.5 gr to 49.5 gr range. There seems to be a consistent POI in that range and the grouping looks pretty decent as well.

The higher grain loads are a little more difficult to read. There seems to be a node in the 51.0 gr to 52.0 gr range. Maybe another node between 52.5 gr and 53.5 gr. The only problem here is that you say you were a little fatigued and that the wind picked up a bit so these results won't be as clear as your lower grain loads.

Form 48-49.5 and from 51-51.8 do the following:
5 shot groups
.2gr charge weights

rinse and repete. Wind will not effect a 150gr 30cal bullet at 100 yards for this test, unless you have to hold onto the chair with both hands.

I have realized that the more 5 shot groups for a given load the better. After your first initial 5 shot group comparison. If one group is three times the size then your smallest it probably is the load, but if it is only .5 inches bigger then keep that load and shoot 3 more 5 shot groups to verify that it was just not a flier group compared to the smaller group.

49 and 51 are interesting

I agree 49-51 look solid. Focus on those I think 49.5 & 51 look the most promissing, shoot some confirmation rounds. 5 are best 3 will work.

OWC is meant to find not "the perfect load" but a load resilient to problems if the throw is fairly variable across the lot of charges. Assuming all shots are good shots in the above test 50 and 52 look like crap, but you shouldn't have a problem keeping a throw variance below .3gr so 51+- .5gr might be interesting to investigate in .2gr.
