Make sure the case is sealling with your light loads or you'll have a mess in your chambers. Light is nice, but heavy carbon and lead fouling is a PITA.The wise man said just find your place

NONE. TG can throw pressure spikes and a long cartridge that is mostly empty is a perfect candidate for wide pressure swings.
If I had to use TG, somewhere right around 2.6gn seems to be best with a 148gn L-HBWC.
However, even HS6 is more accurate, more consistently accurate, and accurate over a wider range of charge weights.
AA2, Bullseye, Red Dot, 231/HP38, N310, AA5, and many others perform better.Comment

TG seems to be a good replacement for Bullseye in the .38 Spl case. It is my backup .38 powder, behine BE, for that reason.
I needed a TG load for another unlisted bullet, the Lee 358-105-SWC cast boolit. But no load data existed. What to do?
So, knowing that TG has a just-slightly-slower burn rate than BE, I began with the Bullseye starting load and carefully, gradually worked up. Came to a very nice shootin' load of 4.2gr of Titegroup...for the 105gr SWC, remember. This is 0.2gr more powder than my Bullseye load for the same boolit.

I guess that explains almost all the reloading manuals having data for TG and 38spc as well as 357 magnum. Loaded tons of 38 special and titegroup and never had a problem, but i guess theres always a first time. I use a magnum primer which seems to help TG burn much cleaner in my powder puff charges.
