It doesn't sound like they pulled it to me either. In fact, it sounds like they are still concidering their original ban just not as soon as they had planned.
If I'm not mistaken, the original notice was posted late on a Friday, almost as if they were hoping no one would notice. They will probably try to do something similar the next time to see if they can sneak this one by us.

If anyone read the ATF proposal they started the hearings in December of 2012. This is far from over, it was a test to fire up a few of the Dummycrats so that they can start writing a law that will do the same (hello Pelosi, fienstien). Lets hope the manufacturing goes into full production to saturate the market and everyone can stockpile at a reasonable price.

Curious.... Can manufacturers now start making the ammo/components again? They haven't stopped the ban outright, just putting it on hold.
