    old pc game needs identification

    hey everybody,

i need help identifying a game i played several years ago on pc. what i remember about the game is its set in a medieval world with monsters and bad guys spawning in certain areas. i think you have a castle and a tax collector comes by to receive your taxes. you can tell he is present because you hear in game he says "tax collector" in a man's effeminate voice. what is the name of this game?

    thanks

not skyrim, this game is probably 10 years old or older and is not in first person. i think it was bundled with pc's back in the day.

I got Morrowind bundled with a PC about ten years back ... It was a predecessor of Skyrim. (TES III vs TES V or Skyrim) It was still first person, though, and I don't remember any tax collectors....

Yup Majesty. I tried playing it on a modern computer with a i7 CPU and the game went into warp speed! Everything happened too quickly.

                        Hopefully they've fixed it.

That's common on a lot of older games. Try running them in DosBox and it should resolve your problem.

You know how fast units build on Command and Conquer though while in "warp speed"????
