Any programmers willing to help a CalGunner out with PHP/AJAX code?

I have been pulling my hair out for the past 5 days trying to write something that is pretty simple in PHP and AJAX (the AJAX part is what's killing me) any CalGunners willing to take a look at it and help me out? Please send me a PM!

Oh man. The two languages/platforms I don't know anything about. I do know a programmer for hire though.

Are you using a PHP framework? Are you using jQuery? I don't want to offer help before knowing more about what you're working on/with.

Ajax is a fairly basic concept, and if you're not using something like jQuery you are probably doing it the hard way. PHP is just going to work with the Ajax requests as it would any standard request, it's just the output is usually going to be JSON and not HTML.

At least in the case of jQuery, when a response comes back from the server, if it is set to be JSON, the JSON is converted to a simple JavaScript object, making it easily usable.
