Joomla template designer?

Hi folks. I have a client who wants me to "update" his website that I created 4 years ago. The website offers a LOT of information for the 5 companies under the main company umbrella. He wants a Joomla based website, which I have created a couple of times and am familiar with.

The problem is finding a template that fits his wishes. I have spent hours looking at templates trying to find something similar to what he wants, but nothing. So now I am looking for someone who can design a Joomla 3.x template for me. Anyone out there do this kind of thing, or have any suggestions?

Joomla Help

I have created several websites for people. One program I use for Joomla templates is artisteer. It is a great product and has worked very well for me in creating joomla templates.
