can't view embedded videos

I bought a Galaxy S5 last week and can't view a single embedded video. It's driving me nuts. I've been on the phone with Verizon and Samsung with no luck. Any ideas what might be going on? I suppose I can exchange the phone but would rather not if this is an easy fix. Thanks.

I have the same issue with all my mobile devices. Desktop is fine. Did you ever find a solution?

I do know calguns is using an old version of forum softeare.

A few weeks after I posted, all videos just started working. I have no idea why or what may have changed.
