Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a brick

Let it be known,

I do NOT have an SD card in it
It is completely stock with the crappy 4.2.2 update.
I cannot get it to go into recovery mode.

The damn thing had me almost throw it against the wall. It won't power down only reboot, it will only power down if plugged in and holding the power button for 5 seconds. I can't get it to reset or update and literally am stuck with a worthless pile of scrap. Any ideas on how to fix it? Google search brings up solutions that haven't worked

You'll have to unbrick it by downloading Odnin
And the stock rom as well.

Make sure you follow the directions in order and take your time..
It's really not that hard, GL.

Thanks I will look at it tonight with that help. I was hoping I could do it without rooting it but I guess I don't have a choice.
