Small Business VoIP Phone Providers - Any That You'd Recommend?

My business is changing offices. We have never used VoIP phones and have no experience with them whatsoever. The new office should have a good, fast internet connection (but we won't know for sure till the buildout is complete). Currently, we have a few POTS lines in a hunt group, plus a dedicated fax line. With the changes, we'll probably need only two lines at the new office, plus another line for a work-from-home employee, PLUS a dedicated fax number with actual fax machines at both locations (most of our folks can use a fax, but are not computer savvy at all). Ideally, we'd like the fax machines to both receive all incoming faxes at the two separate locations. Nextiva is the only VoIP provider I've talked with, but I have no idea how reliable their service is.

So... what do you guys recommend? Anything to be wary of? Any small business VoIP providers you'd recommend? Thanks in advance for any helpful advice you can offer.
    Regarding the 2nd Amendment:
"...to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George Mason ("The Father of the Bill of Rights")

    Regarding Life and Death:
"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

The BIG question: "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" Matthew 27:22b

I use callcentric and dedicated Viop grandstream phone plugged into router. Configured router to give priority to phone over all other traffic. It works reasonably well, but does have to be unplugged to reset once in while but not much. About 5% of calls have some slight defect echo, or can't be heard well. But if I call back its ok. You have to know your way around basic guides are available on callcentric website and around internet.
