Recommend: Web Registar & Hosting

I have about 3 domains, so shared hosting is a factor. Windows or Linux, does not really matter.
Not much bandwidth, as the pages are basically parked, but shared hosting to say under construction, LoL.
It's more for email right now.

Let's try to keep it under $5 a month. Leaning towards gator host, are they good to go??
