Dying Mouse?

My Microsloth optical mouse just quits working about every 10-15 minutes. The light goes out. Unplugging/plugging in makes it good for another 10-15 minutes. I think it's a good 10 years old.

Anybody heard of this?

Thinking of going cordless. Any suggestions?

Its dying. Had them do that myself. Cordless mouse(s) are good, just keep a supply of batteries on hand.

Depends on what you do. I have the Logitech G700 which I think is the best all around mouse you can buy. I use it to game, work (drafting), and browse the internet. I can use it for hours too since it is pretty ergonomic.

It has 5 different programmable profiles and you can program anything you want on the additional 7 buttons. The only thing I don't like about it is the battery life. On maximum performance, itll last me 2 days. It can be charged with a standard usb B micro though.

They drop to about $50 from time to time

I have a cheap Logitech cordless mouse from Walmart. Works great. Probably change the single AAA battery about once a year.
