Anyone experiencing tapatalk issues "cannot connect" or stays hung in "loading"?

I just got the app myself and noticed this happens quite often. Even after restarting my device it still gets stuck on the loading screen.

I have to have a super strong wifi/network connection for it to fix itself. Btw, have you tried reinstalling the app? That's my next move if it persists.

I should mention this occurs on both my Galaxy S3 and Nexus 7

Reinstall is next for me but I think tapatalk just upgraded then trouble began I have Galaxy note 2 w/ jellybean 4.3

I have had that problem before - which was fixed by a reinstall.

that said - the forum has been slow to load recently, might have something to do with it.

I had to uninstall then reinstall everything.

I've had some problems, but the site seems slow even on my home computer.
